For campus partners
Departments and faculties wishing to share news, events or campaigns through Archway are welcome to submit them via Jira. Events can be added to Archway’s Event calendar or advertised on Instagram at @archwaymcmaster.
Please use the Jira link below to submit your requests.
- Log in to Jira
- Click on “Archway Program”
- Fill in your request description. Make sure to include the following:
- Your Campaign or Event Name, or News details
- Date(s) and Time (if applicable)
- Location / Link (short link where possible)
- Registration Information (as applicable)
- Specific information for where you want to post info (on social media, in the events calendar, etc.)
- Upload a photo or graphic for your news/campaign/event
- Submit your request
Please ensure your images are less than 1MB per image and include all relevant information for your event.
Any photos going to Instagram must be sized accordingly (squares: 1080×1080; vertical: 1080×1350 max; horizontal: 1080×566 max).
Events will be uploaded within 2 business days. If you have questions about submitting your event via Jira please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
